The Guthrie Clinic's Robert Packer Hospital anesthesiology residency program seeks a pediatric anesthesiologist to oversee didactic and clinical education of residents.

• Anesthesiology Residency Program

• 18 modern operating rooms

• Teaching regular rotations of residents and medical students.

• Robust EHR used in all areas, including operating room (Epic 10-star health system, top 1% of Epic Organizations)

• Anesthesia Department manages OR schedule, providing the necessary structure for a smooth, efficient workday

• 0.1 FTE Administrative

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• Above industry average salary up to $575K total compensation

• $25K Starting Bonus, $25K retention bonus each year for the following 3 years

• $15K quality/citizenship bonus available yearly
