We are seeking a Permanent Urologist in Ohio.

Patient Population: Adults & Pediatrics
Setting: Outpatient Clinic & Hospital
Responsibilities: General Urology, Office Procedures, Surgical Cases
Required Procedures: Cystoscopy, Vasectomy, Urodynamics, UroLift, Robotic Surgery
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: Experienced medical and administrative team
Days Per Month: Flexible office hours, 1.5-2 OR days per week
On-Call/Weekends: No more than 1:3, light call duties
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (within 5 years of residency) - REQUIRED
Ohio License (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice and License History - REQUIRED
Interest in Blanchard Valley Health System - REQUIRED
