• Must Be BC/BE Family or Internal Med Physician 
• Employed position 
• 100% outpatient 
• Flexible schedule, Monday - Friday as long as 36 bookable hours are met 
• Will see all ages, or ages 18+ 
• 18+ Patients per day 
• On-call rotation 1:4
• EMR - EPIC
