SCHEDULE :

• Need1 FT, or close to FT locum hire for hospital. *CRNA offering 4, 10hr shifts M-F ASAP

JOB INFORMATION :

• Will Work Under Medical Supervision | No Solo Work
• ACTUAL START IS BASED ON CREDENTIALING
• Active PA License and Licensure | If a Licensure Provider is Submitted Please Note They CANNOT be Scheduled for 16wks to Provide Time to Obtain the License
• MUST be Willing to Work (4) 10s
• Required Procedures: No Trauma, No Cardiac, No OB, Neuro, GYN, Urology, Gen Surg, Colorectal, Ophthalmology, GI and Vascular
• Required Certifications: NBCRNA
• Minimum Years Experience: 1
