Job Description

  • Full-time permanent position
  • Join large 100+ physician multispecialty group practice
  • Robust referral base from 60+ primary care physicians
  • Busy from day one. Huge unmet patient demand in area
  • Ability to build up a niche practice over time if desired
  • Primarily outpatient role. Some hospital coverage would be great but not essential.
  • 3 days in Calvert County and 1-2 days in Waldorf or White Plains, MD
  • NextGen EMR
  • Employed W2 position with initial income guarantee
  • Uncapped RVU-based compensation + quality bonus + patient satisfaction bonus
