• Licensure: Active FL license with no restrictions

• Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thur 7:30am-5pm | Wed 7:30am-4:00pm | Fri 7:30am-1:00pm NO WEEKENDS
• Patient Load: 20-25 PPD
