- Experience: 0+ years; desired experience aligns with salary brackets
- Salary: Starting at $500,000 (0-3 yrs), $550,000 (4-6 yrs), $600,000+ (7+ yrs)
- Bonus: Up to $75,000 annual bonus based on performance metrics
- Signing Bonus: $50,000 one-time payment
- Relocation Stipend: Up to $15,000

- Lead and establish a community-based vascular surgery program in partnership with Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center
- Perform open and endovascular procedures for aneurysm repair, carotid surgery, limb salvage, dialysis access, and peripheral vascular disease
- Manage vascular conditions through surgical, endovascular, and medical therapies
- Supervise advanced practice providers involved in vascular care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including cardiology and radiology
- Participate in program expansion, including recruitment and facility upgrades
- Educate patients and families on treatment options, prevention, and wellness
- Serve as a clinical educator and preceptor for students and residents
- Opportunity for leadership roles based on experience and interest
Required:
- Medical license in Ohio
- Board Certified or Eligible in Vascular Surgery
- Proven experience with both open and endovascular procedures
Preferred:
- Leadership or program development experience
- Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines
