Physician Obstetrics & Gynecology - Competitive Salary

Permanent OB/GYN – $300K+ Base Salary + Bonus | Clinton, IA
 Location: Clinton, Iowa
 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 1:4 Call
 Start Date: ASAP Preferred
 Locum & Locum-to-Perm Options Considered

Position Overview:
Join a mission-driven OB/GYN team working closely with FM/OB providers in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This is a full-scope opportunity involving clinic, OR, inpatient/outpatient rounding, and shared call.

• Call Schedule: 1:4 (weekdays + weekends)

• Travel between multiple local clinic sites required

• Must be willing to support and help grow the OB service line

• Facility: Level IV Trauma Center

• EMRs: Cerner (inpatient) & eClinicalWorks (outpatient)

Compensation & Benefits:
 Base Salary: $300,000+ (based on experience; confirmed during interview)
Commencement Bonus (amount discussed at offer)

Candidate Requirements:
BC/BE in OB/GYN (within 3 years of eligibility)
Active IA license or willingness to obtain
NRP & AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certifications (or ability to obtain)
Clean malpractice record
Must live within 1 hour of the facility (or relocating)
