Work Schedule: 7am - 3:30pm Mon - Friday, 1 week on call blocks every 4 week

Supervises CRNAs, 8 beds 5 step down beds (Pulm Critical Care support ICU and Hospitalist manage ventilators), No CT Surgery, no Nureo Surgery (All other surgeries) Most Surgeries are Ambulatory,

Requirements to apply: -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months) -Names/numbers of 3 references -U.S. Citizenship required or Green Card Holder -Must have worked within the last 6 months

Pay Information:
1099 - $300 an hour
W2 - 500kper year

Privileging Details: • Timeline: 6 weeks, Required health documentation: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu, Required certifications – BLS, ACLS & ATLS Fingerprints/background check i

Board Certification Requirements: Certified or Eligibl

5 operating rooms
Cover GI Clinic
1 Minor Clinic

If CNRA is working during procedures or surgeries, then anesthesiologist has to be at the clinic
Transfers will go to - Sentara Medical Center and Riverside Regional Medical Cente
