Schedule: Full time with call 1 day a week and 1 weekend a month\n

Shift Description: 7a-5p during the week/5:30p-7a call during the week/7a-7a weekend call\n
\nCharting System/EMR: Plexus\n
\nAverage Number of Surgical Cases per day: 25\n
\nTrauma Level/Designation: 3\n
\nAnnual ER Volume: 23,555\n
\nDescription of OR Staff: Four part-time MDA's and three full-time CRNAs\n
\nNumber of Operating Rooms: 5\n
\nCertification Requirements: BLS, ACLS, and PALS\n
\nPatient Age Demographic: All Ages\n
\nWill call be in house? No\n
\n
Submission Requirements: \n
\n-AANA Board Certified\n
\n-BLS, ACLS, PALS\n
\n-MI License at time of submission\n
\n-Experienced CRNA with regional block and OB experience\n
\n-Must participate in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS\n
\n-Clean background for quick credentialing\n
\n-Covid Vaccination \n
