Physician Obstetrics & Gynecology - Competitive Salary

Practice Overview:

• Faith based health system providing care across 9 states

• Join 1 Fulltime OBGYN
• Facility averages 180 Annual Deliveries
• Productive and stable GYN practice
• Located in a newly built, 40K square foot clinic – “Nothing like it in East Kentucky”
• Minimally invasive procedures (No Robot)
• Advanced practice provider support
• 1:2 Call - Low volume - Hospital prioritizes work life balance and will help with situational coverage as needed
• Flexible Schedule – Ideally 4 day weeks, but can adjust per provider preference
• For example, rotating 4 day weekends (bi-weekly)
  • Week A: Clinic M, T, W, TH (cover call M-Sun)
  • Week B: Clinic M, T, W (off TH, F, W/E, No call this week)

Compensation:

• Base Salary plus RVU production
• 53/RVU
• Current doc produces around 8200, equating to 440K annual earning
• 15K sign on
• 10K Relocation
• 30 Days PTO
• 3 Days CME with 3,500 allowance
• Comprehensive Health, Dental, Vision
• Can assist with J1 and H1 Visa support
