\n Permanent Staff FM Physician opportunity in St Ignace, MI overlooking the beautiful Mackinac Bay.\n

\n Clinic setting provides outpatient care to an underserved patient population, so a rewarding chance to impact the health of a community. No after hour call, no weekends, no holidays required – great balance of work and personal life. Providers enjoy lower patient volume (15/day)!\n
\n
\n Stable and friendly working environment (M-F, 8-5). Very personally and professionally rewarding work. Laid back and low stress atmosphere. EHR equipped facility.\n
\n
\n Salaried, full time ($185K-$200K+) position includes benefits: 15 days PTO, 12 days sick, 12 paid holidays CME ($3500/10days); $2000 licenses, health and disability insurance, relocation assistance, sign-on bonus and 1% 401K match with loan repayment available.\n
\n\n\n

Winter activities include downhill skiing (at the Boynes and others), cross-country skiing (several trails are nearby), great snowmobiling, and ice fishing.\n
