173 Middle St, Lancaster, NH 03584 (Weeks Medical Center)

167 Main St., Gorham, NH (NCH Patient Care Center – North Conway)

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule

AVH – Wednesdays and Thursdays

NCH Patient Care Center in North Conway (outreach clinic) – Mondays

Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster – Tuesdays

Note: prior neurologist (and then covering locum tenens neurologists) staffed an

outreach clinic at UCVH in Colebrook.

4 or 4.5 days per week. Standard day or half-day) off to be mutually determined at time

of negotiation of physician employment agreement. Currently, Wednesday or Thursday

or perhaps Monday would be an option.

8 am to noon and 1pm to 5 pm (8 hours of clinical time/day)
