POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Hospital is a 25-bed, independent critical access hospital located by the banks of the Kennebec River in a community that is a favorite for fishing and boating. Only 45 minutes from Bangor, ME. The hospital provides care to over 30,000 residents in central Maine. A medical staff of more than 40 physicians skilled in a variety of fields, and 722 full and part-time professional and technical employees ensure the delivery of progressive health and medical services. 

POSITION DETAILS:

• Endocrinology – full time
• Must be BC/BE within 5 years post Residency training
• Employed position – competitive salary
• Financial package/salary (discussed on initial phone interview) plus full benefits
• Join 1 part-time physician and a full-time NP
• Full hospitalist service
• 7 weeks off (includes holidays, vacation, sick time)
• CME – $4000 annually
• Support staff – MA, secretary, practice manager
• J1 Visa & Hib Visa candidates accepted
