Requirements :

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine OR
  Board Certified in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with EM experience – Required

• ⏳ Minimum 12 months / 2,000 hours of EM experience (excluding training) – Required

• ️ Ohio Medical License (Active or In Process) – Required

• ️ List of EM Procedures Performed – Required

• COVID-19 Vaccination Proof – Required

• No Visa Support (J1/H1B not accepted)

• Clean malpractice & license history – Required

• Not accepting new grads
  

Choose between:

• W2 Employee – $240/hr

  • ➕ $10/hr extra for all night shifts

  • Benefits (Health/Dental/Vision w/ HSA, Life Insurance, 401k, $3,000 CME)

• 1099 Independent Contractor – $250/hr

  • ➕ $10/hr extra for all night shifts
