  • Shift: Flexible; outpatient clinic hours, 8-hour days
  • Hours/Week: Full-time or part-time options (up to 48 hours per pay period)
  • Employment Type: Permanent, Provider
  • Licensing/Certifications: BE/BC in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology (within 2 years)
  • Experience: Preferred but open to new fellow graduates; radiation oncology experience a plus

Pay & Benefits:
  • Compensation: Total package $680,000+ annually (full-time rate for experienced providers)

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide outpatient cancer care at a modern, well-equipped cancer center
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including infusion, radiation, and specialty services
  • Engage in clinical trials and cutting-edge cancer treatments
  • Manage patient consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up visits
  • Support the community with family-friendly environment and top-rated schools
  • Participate in a supportive, balanced work environment that promotes work-life harmony

What You Need:
  • Board Eligible/Certified in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology (within 2 years)
  • Oregon medical license or eligible
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Willingness to join a community-oriented healthcare network
  • Experience practicing radiation or outpatient oncology preferred; new graduates considered
