• Callback Rate: Minimal

COVERAGE DATES
• August 24, 2026 – Ongoing
• Full-time coverage required
• 3–4 weeks per month required (non-negotiable)
• Ongoing backfill coverage for FTE vacancy
• Must be willing to work at alternate locations as needed

• Specialty Backup Available: Cardiac Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Anesthesiology
• Support Staff Available: Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, Surgical Teams, Nursing Staff

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 Days

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active South Carolina CRNA License
• Board: Current CRNA Certification
• DEA: As Required by Facility
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and Facility Requirements
• Experience: Recent Adult Open Heart Experience Required
• Other Qualifications: Willingness to Take Cardiac Call; Epic Experience Preferred; Must Comply with 50-Mile Radius Rule

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide anesthesia services for adult open heart procedures
• Administer anesthesia for major vascular, cardiac, and thoracic cases
• Participate in cardiac call rotation with minimal callback volume
• Provide general anesthesia coverage when not assigned to heart or vascular cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
• Travel to alternate locations as needed to support coverage requirements
