$75K Sign-On, $75K Starting incentive, $500K salary + full benefits and $14K moving allowance

• This is the only Urology group supporting the 400,000 service area 
• Group has 3 MD’s and 1 APP (working to add another APP)
• Ambulatory Surgery Center in the same building as office space 
• Group started in mid 1970’s
• 1:4 call
