### Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active KY license or IMLC
• ACLS and BLS
• Clean history preferred
### Clinical Details
• General GI procedures required:
- Upper endoscopy (with biopsy, foreign body removal, variceal injection, cautery) - ERCP (diagnostic & therapeutic) – required - Colonoscopy with biopsy and polypectomy - Flexible and rigid sigmoidoscopy - Small bowel biopsy - Liver biopsy
• PEG placement preferred
• No EUS required
• No supervision required
