Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Permanent

Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan
Facility: Level II Trauma Center with 16 ORs, OB suites, and endoscopy

Position Highlights

Join a collaborative, professional anesthesia team at a leading hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. This full-time CRNA role offers flexible scheduling, diverse cases, and excellent compensation in a growing Midwest metro area.

Flexible Shifts: Mix of 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts
Call Schedule:

  • Weekend Call: Quarterly Fri–Sun rotation (assigned randomly & fairly)

  • Weekday Call: One 7p–7a shift every 6 weeks (Mon–Thurs)

  • Note: No call scheduled adjacent to approved PTO

Case Variety:

  • General & complex cases: kidney transplant, thoracic, neuro, bariatrics, trauma ortho, OB, GYN, vascular, regional blocks, MRI/CT

NBCRNA Certified by start date – Required
Michigan License – or willing to obtain
