CRNA - Anesthesiology job available in Urbana, Illinois

We have opened the CRNA Locum need with Hospital in Urbana, IL.   

REQUIREMENTS:  Certified CRNA; ACLS, BLS.   If confirmed, the Health Attestation Form must be completed and submitted at least one week before the locum's first day of work, with the physical completed within 90 days of start date.

LICENSE RESTRICTION:  Active IL license is required.

SCHEDULE:  Start date as soon as credentialed, ongoing. Schedule consists of four 10-hour days, either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 7a-5p,. Two breaks and lunch every day.  Anesthesiologists are great to work with!

• Multiple specialties.  
• Mostly GA, rarely do spinals or epidurals for their OR cases.  
• No OB, hearts, or peds under 4. 
• Some GI, EP, IR.

• IL License Active – Required
• BLS Certification - Required

• Clean and easy-to-credential candidates – Highly Preferred
