Our client, a community-owned and operated facility is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our dynamic anesthesia team. Nocturnist CRNA Opportunity (7PM – 7AM) or Day Shift (7AM - 7PM)

• Work a 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off or 1-week-on / 1-week-off schedule.

• In-house coverage only — no home call.

• Overnight cases primarily include OB (approx. 900 deliveries/year, ~40% with epidurals), emergency, and urgent GI.

• Low overnight volume, high clinical autonomy, and strong anesthesiologist support for call backup.

• Salary: 315K – 378K (DOE)

• Sign-On Bonus: 40,000

• Annual Retention Bonus: 15,000

• Performance Incentive: 5,000

• CME Allowance: 5,000

• Temporary Housing: 90 days provided for relocating providers

• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

• Master’s degree in Nursing and graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.

• Active CRNA certification (NBCRNA) and a valid or temporary Alaska RN license.

• ACLS certification.

• Doctorate preferred, but not required.

• Recent acute care CRNA experience preferred.
