• Transports critical patients to Southside Regional Medical Center
• This freestanding ER is an extension of Southside Regional Medical Center, located in Petersburg, VA, which is a 300-bed acute-care hospital serving a population of more than 200K; the medical center offers the latest technology in all major specialties and a center for both learning and practicing innovative medicine, with three professional schools on campus and seven satellite outpatient centers

Conveniently positioned near Interstate 95 and just minutes from Richmond, Virginia, it offers an easy commute for clinicians across the region. The freestanding ED is designed for rapid evaluation and treatment, with strong support from the main hospital system when higher-level care is needed.
