Cardiothoracic Surgeon Opportunity in Covington, LA - Located 40m to New Orleans and 1hr to Baton RougePosition Details

• Full-time, permanent
• Seeking a skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon to diagnose and treat diseases, and perform surgical procedures in the thorax region.
• This role involves coordinating patient care with referring physicians and collaborating effectively with other providers.

• 40 hours weekly scheduled
Qualifications;
• Must be licensed by the Louisiana State board of Medical Examiners to practice medicine.
• Current BLS, and ALS certifications through any International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) provided courses such as but not limited to: Ochsner Health System, American Heart Association, and American Red Cross. The ILCOR course must include a manikin check off (ALS required by specialty only).
• Board Certification in General Surgery, Fellowship training and Board Certified in Thoracic Surgery.
