Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Primary Care Physician (IM), you will join the thriving Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican, playing a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are hiring in our Capitola, Santa Cruz, and Soquel clinics. All incoming physicians will be partnered with a mentor.

 

You will provide comprehensive Internal Medicine or Family Medicine services to a diverse community, with the flexibility to tailor your practice to your strengths and interests. You'll benefit from a supportive environment that values innovation, collaboration, and personal well-being.

We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:

• Competitive salary guarantee of $300,000 + productivity incentives
• Sign-on bonus up to $125,000
• Relocation assistance up to $20,000
• Student loan repayment assistance
• Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer

Job Requirements

Required

• Board-certified or Board-eligible MD or DO in Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible license in the state of California
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

 

Preferred

• Spanish proficiency a plus
