Facility in Pittsburgh, PA seeking Ambulatory Surgery Center CRNA locums coverageRates: 220/hrOpportunity Highlights

Predictable Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM ONLY. There is no call and no weekend requirement.
Streamlined Privileging: The estimated time to secure Temporary Privileges is only 21 days, allowing for a fast start.
Case Volume: The center operates 4 ORs and handles an average of 3-12 cases per day.
Diverse Case Mix: You will rotate through 100% surgical cases, primarily urology, orthopedics, plastics, and ophthalmology. The patient mix is 80% adult and 20% pediatric.
EMR System: The facility uses HST for charting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia coverage for the ambulatory surgical schedule (7 AM - 3 PM).
Manage a variety of surgical cases, including urology, ortho, plastics, and optho.
Work collaboratively as part of the surgical team (Will not work solo).

Requirements

Credential: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience is required.
Licensure: An active Pennsylvania State License is required, but the facility will accept candidates needing to obtain a license.
Certifications: ACLS and PALS are required.
