Physician Obstetrics & Gynecology - Competitive Salary

Obstetrics and Gynecology – Arkansas - $550,000 Base - $100,000 Sign On

We are a 130 Bed, Level IV Trauma Hospital in southeast Arkansas looking for a physician to complement our existing Women’s Health team, here is what we can offer:

Clinic Operations

o  Shared call 1:3 – Compensated for more than 10 days of call a month.

o  350 deliveries a year

o  OR Block Schedule

o  MD Anesthesia Coverage

o  LDRP, Nursery and C-Section Room all on same floor 

o  1 nurse per provider in clinic

o  3 Exam Rooms per provider in clinic

o  EMR is E-Clinical Works – Going to GE Centricity in 2026

Compensation

o  Salary of $550,000 base

o  Bonus over Guarantee – 50% of charges over breakeven

o  Metric Bonus

o  Relocation up to $12,000

o  Sign on Bonus up to $100,000

o  Choose your own benefits with a $30,000 allowance. What you do not use is aid out at the end of the year.

Community 

o  Population of 35,000 people, PSA 60,000 people

o  County Seat for Green County

o  80 Miles north of Memphis, TN

o  20 Miles to Jonesboro, AR and Arkansas State University
