Physician Family Practice-Without OB - Competitive Salary

A patient- and family-centered primary care team about an hour west of Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a full-time BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative practice dedicated to high-quality care.

Position Highlights:

\n
• No OB and a wide variety of Family Medicine patients
\n
• Join another Family Medicine physician and 2–3 Nurse Practitioners
\n
• Full-time 1.0 FTE with 36 patient contact hours per week
\n
• Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1 p.m.–5 p.m.
\n
• Average 16–20 clinic patients per day
\n
• Limited phone-only call focused on nursing home questions and critical lab callbacks
\n
• 1:4 call rotation with other local providers
\n
• Epic EMR
\n
• Optional inpatient rounding
\n
• Nursing home rounds included
\n
• On-site Physical Therapy, Diabetes Education, weight-loss services, laboratory/pathology and radiology/imaging
\n
• Ultrasound and mammography available onsite
\n
• Outreach specialties include Behavioral Health, Podiatry, Orthopedics, General Surgery and OB/GYN
\n
• Opportunity to provide sports medicine and general health services through local schools
\n

\n Compensation & Benefits:

\n

\n
• $345K+ base compensation
\n
• Additional compensation may be available through bonuses, quality incentives and production-based compensation
\n
