Job Description
- Location: Napa Valley, CA; Approx. 35 miles north of San Francisco and Oakland; Gorgeous Wine Country
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Type of Placement: Permanent, Full-Time
- Traditional Full-Time schedule, but open to others. Please let me know what your availability is.
- Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted CA license, or attain CA license
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB (no active suits or unresolved cases)
- Willing to relocate, if necessary
- EMR: Epic
