Primary Care Opportunity - East Coast of Florida/Daytona Beach area!!

It is a large multi-specialty staff model HMO is seeking a BC/BE, Primary Care Physician to join one of our Port Orange facilities located in Volusia County.  Office hours are flexible, outpatient only, phone call is 1 in 3 and very limited.  The Port Orange facility offers Endocrinology, Extended Hour Care Center, Primary Care, Lab, Pharmacy, Ultrasound, and X-ray, Ultrasound all onsite.  New grads & experienced welcome!   

Position Details
18 – 20 Patients per day 
Outpatient only 
Flexible 40-hour work week 
Limited call

Requirements
MD / DO 
BC / BE
