Physician Family Practice-Without OB - Competitive Salary

Family Medicine opening in Iowa* Located in *Mount Ayr, IA - Des Moines, IA 90 miles Full-time, permanent opening Employed position Traditional Family Practice with Clinic, Hospital, Nursing Home Must be board certified unless recently trained Salary/Guarantee: $250,000 guaranteed for 3 year initial term contract Production Bonus: $70/hour for covering the ED after 5pm and on weekends Signing Bonus: Negotiable Relocation: Paid $10,000-$15,000 Student Loan Repayment: Negotiable Malpractice: Paid Other benefits: IPERS, short and long term disability, health, vision, dental, cell phone, 457b plan, life insurance, $5,000 CME allowance, 280 hours PTO based on 4 ten hour day work week = 7 weeks
