CRNA - Anesthesiology job available in Cortez, Colorado

SMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours near Cortez, CO. Coverage is needed Dec 26, 31 & 31 with 500 bonus each day.
Qualifications:

• License requirements: CO License 

• Shift times: 7a - 3-5p// Call Hours: 5 p - 7 a
• Call Details:  Fairly open for start up phase but rotational call 1:6 weeknight, 1:8 weekends
  45 minutes
• Coverage Model: CRNA/MD practice work at same level 
• Case types: Mostly - ophthalmology, ortho (joint replacement and spines), ENT ;; Also - general, urology, gyn, peds dental, cosmetics (not bariatric), podiatry -- NO OB
  YES- Spinal, Blocks, Epidurals
  Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks -- AIRWAYS FOR ENT
