Locums | Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA) | Springfield, MO (any state license accepted)Why This Role

• 10-hour weekday shifts (day or evening options)
• Multiple openings (5 providers needed)
• Medical direction model: 4:1
• Complex case mix at a high-volume center
Assignment Details
• Start: ASAP, ongoing
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts (7a-5p CST), day and evening options available
• Volume: ADS ~135 across main facility (L&D, Endo, Hearts, EP, MRI/CT)
• Setting: 17 main ORs, all 17 operating at a time
• Supervision: 4:1 medical direction with anesthesiologist
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: ~90 days
• Nearest airport: Springfield-Branson
Clinical Details
• Complex case mix — not bread-and-butter
• Required: complex neuro, spine, ENT, EP cases
• Pediatric cases expected
• Required procedures: arterial lines, intubations, vent management
• Submit last 12 months of case logs with bid if possible
Requirements
• Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA)
• License: open to any state (MO obtained during credentialing)
• Pediatric anesthesia experience required
• No DEA required
Compensation
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
