JOB INFORMATION: Coverage Dates: 2 days per week - would like flexibility to work when the site needs the most help Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 8 hour shifts (6:30a-3p with a 30 minute lunch break), Monday - Friday only ***Guaranteed Work Week = no guarantee since it is PRN Is call required? no call is required.

Type of Anes Model: Medical Direction Supervision ratio 1:3 Support Staff: MD 1:3 Case types: Ortho, Ortho-hand, General surgery including robotic, cysto, some cataracts, plastics, GYN cases including robotic, and Cardiology cases (TEE's and cardioversions) Do you utilize AAs? No, not in Pennsylvania EMR: EPIC

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum length of commitment: 2 days per week preferred Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 60 days for locum privs Temps Available? (Requirements for temps, timeframe): locums temps are available 6 weeks after application is turned in. Life Certifications/Qualifications required:  ACLS + BLS (AHA approved) Licensure : PA RN license is required to work at AHN; active license strongly preferred Miscellaneous Information: PA Child Abuse requirement for license + other 2 clearances • Any candidate who was employed (W2) with AHN in the past 5 years is not eligible for locums • Candidates must have 5 years of experience to be presented • Candidates must be able to handle all cases required for the worksite (list out everything in presentation form); AHN will perform initial screen of candidate and if they are interested, will set up an interview.
