Need 1 FTE with 1 night of call a week and 1 weekend a month
Shift times (during the week): 0700am -0500pm
Shift times (call during the week): 05:30pm-07:00am
Days and shift times (weekend call): 0700am – 0700am
Must be willing to be in call rotation

Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 25
Trauma Level III
Annual ER Volume: 23,555
Description of OR Staff: Four part-time MDA's. three full-time CRNA's
Number of Operating Rooms: 5
BLS, ACLS, PALS Required
Patient Age Demographic: All Ages
No in-house call
AANA Board Certified - Required
BLS, ACLS, & PALS - Required
MI license at time of submission - Required
Experienced CRNA with regional block and OB experience - Required
Providers MUST participate in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS - required at time of presentation
Clean background for quick credentialing - Required
COVID vaccination - Required at time of name clear
