• Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility with plans to test) or Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics - REQUIRED
• IA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice - PREFERRED
