Pay & Benefits

• Compensation: Base salary of $300,000/year for standard 40-hour weeks, with potential total compensation up to $500,000/year through productivity bonuses
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000

What You’ll Do

• Provide 100% outpatient rheumatology care at the state-of-the-art Wellness Park facility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical and surgical colleagues
• Manage your own patient mix and select age groups
• Participate in weekly on-site CME and Mayo Clinic Care Network programs
• Use Cerner EMR across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Engage in optional teaching responsibilities for medical students and APP trainees
• Contribute to practice development and quality improvement initiatives
• Enjoy full practice autonomy and influence practice operations
• Benefit from 24/7 hospitalist support for inpatient needs

What You Need
Required:

• MD or DO degree
• Ohio medical license or eligible to obtain
• Proven outpatient clinical experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience in rheumatology
• Interest in teaching or academic involvement
