Locums - Minneapolis, Minnesota, CRNA Opening (Willing to License)
\nStart Date: August 2026
\n Contract Length: Ongoing (initial contract is 4 months)
Orientation & Scheduling Requirements:
\n- \n
- Paid orientation: 3 days required \n
- Orientation shifts begin on the second Monday of every month \n
- Providers must complete 3 orientation shifts \n
- Full-time coverage preferred \n
- Minimum requirement may be 36 hours/week and 2 weeks/month may apply \n
- Required: Two consecutive weeks per month during the first 3 months of assignment \n
- After 3 months, every-other-week scheduling may be considered \n
Shift Details:

- 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts available \n
- Schedule options include:\n
- \n
- 6:30am–3:00pm \n
- 6:30am–5:00pm \n
- 6:30am–7:00pm \n

Coverage Needs:

- FTE coverage needed \n
- Approximately 40 hours/week x 4 weeks/month preferred \n
Practice Setting:

- Hospital-based tertiary care facility \n
- Level III facility \n
- Care Team model: 4:1 \n
- 24-hour anesthesia aide department available for room turnover and supply support \n
Patient Population:

- Ages 12+ \n

- Specialized tertiary care cases \n
- CRNAs do not perform:\n
- \n
- Blocks \n
- Arterial lines \n
- Epidurals \n
- Spinals \n

EMR: Epic
\nRequirements:
\n- \n
- Minnesota RN license – Required \n
- Minnesota Registered Nurse Anesthetist licensure – Required \n
- ACLS/BLS Tier 2 Advanced Cardiac Life Support – Required upon hire \n
- Minimum 1 year of experience – Required \n
- NBCRNA Required \n
- Active MN License Required \n
Credentialing Timeframe:

- Approximately 90–120 days \n
