QA Tester (Banking Sector) - Full-time

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking a QA/Tester (Junior Level).

Our client is a leading financial institution in Greece, currently investing heavily in modernizing its digital infrastructure and operational systems.

📌 Location: Athens

📍 Working Model: Hybrid(3 Home/ 2 Office)

🖋️ You will be reporting to: QA Lead & Project Delivery Manager

What you will do:

You will be responsible for executing test cases, logging results and defects, and re-testing after bug fixes focusing on both front-end applications (UI) and backend services, integrated into the client’s platform.

More specifically, you will:

• Execute manual test cases and report results (pass/fail)
• Identify, document, and track bugs throughout the development lifecycle
• Re-run tests after issues are resolved
• Collaborate with Functional Analysts to derive test cases from user stories and functional specs
• Ensure test documentation is accurate and up to date

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in manual testing, ideally in banking/lending systems or BPM platforms
• Experience in documenting test scenarios and interpreting functional/user requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Team spirit and adaptability in fast-paced environments
