Task Force Front Desk Agent - Part-Time

Join Our Team as a Front Desk/Night Audit Task Force Agent!

At Parks Hospitality Group, we’re looking for a dependable, adaptable, and service-minded individual to join our Task Force Team. This unique role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences. You’ll help cover front desk and night audit shifts at multiple hotels across our portfolio, ensuring smooth operations wherever you're assigned.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to properties within our portfolio (mostly within a 2-hour drive of Raleigh, NC) to support front desk and night audit operations.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, payment processing, and end-of-day audit procedures.
• Step in during short-term staffing gaps to keep things running smoothly.
• Provide courteous, professional service to every guest you interact with.
• Work independently and follow company procedures and brand standards.
• Communicate with the hotel’s management and our Regional General Manager.
• Support property transitions, openings, and occasional training needs.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience at a hotel front desk or in a night audit role.
• Hilton brand experience required, with working knowledge of PEP.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and overnights.
• Ability to travel on short notice and adapt quickly to new environments.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Location:

Based in central North Carolina with travel to hotels throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Most travel assignments are within a two-hour drive of Raleigh, NC.
