Job Description

Required Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree

• 3+ Years of hands-on Project and Program Management within the digital space


Required Qualifications:

• The candidate must have B2B experience, experience background can be technical or medical or in financial services

• Experience navigating large, complex, matrixed, organizations with the ability to craft and deliver senior executives and/or board-level communications

• Good understanding and comfort with corporate financials

• Proven experience in strategy, transformation, digital marketing, or digital innovation and track record of effectively monitoring project updates, risks and escalations

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate strategic vision, possibilities, and outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences

• Strong organizational, problem-solving solving and analytical acumen to think out of box for resolving project obstacles

• Ability to communicate effectively both in technical and non-technical terms

• Ability to influence and collaborate across the organization

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

• Dependable right-hand support with a polished presence and excellent communication skills

• Demonstrates sound judgment, strong soft skills, and be articulate and well-spoken

• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment are essential

• Must possess both qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and be a quick, adaptive learner


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services (insurance, investments or banking) is strongly preferred


Responsibilities:

• Manage timely and accurate reporting for overall program management

• Manage multiple projects of varying complexities and size, ensuring project deliverables are brought in on time

• Own program roadmap, planning ceremonies, and goal reviews to ensure successful delivery and business impact

• Identifies, analyzes, mitigates/resolves, issues that impede successful delivery

• Plays the role of Segment conduit to identify opportunities across segments for collaboration

• Serve as point of escalation for Segment champions and act as ‘gatekeeper’ for ad-hoc requests for Segment specific information

• Monitor ongoing progress on individual initiatives / epics

• Acts as internal champion for change management and continuous innovation, evangelizing the digital roadmap vision, goals and outcomes

• Manage in a constantly changing environment, ensuring clear communication across all impacted parties

• Reporting: Create executive portfolio level status presentations

• Stakeholder Management: Work with multiple stakeholders, both from business and technology to achieve program goals

• Metrics: Working with partners across the organization to monitor KPIs and ensure we are tracking against targets
