Shipping Coordinator Bilingual English/Spanish

Position Overview

Rex Staffing is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Shipping Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced, cold environment.

Schedule: This is a 2nd shift position, with three weekdays and one weekend day per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and verify outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Communicate with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure proper documentation and procedures.

• Operate forklift and other equipment safely and efficiently (certifiable).

• Utilize basic computer systems to track inventory and shipments.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in a cold storage environment.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals.

• Perform light to moderate lifting and repetitive movements.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a warehouse or logistics role.

• Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

• Skills:

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Other:

  • Ability to pass drug and background screening

  • Must be able to work one weekend day

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, cold environment

  • Forklift certification (or ability to be certified)

• Standing, walking, and moving throughout shift
