What You’ll Do

• Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures.

• Perform and document:

• Vital signs, venipuncture, fingersticks, urinalysis

• EKGs, Holter monitoring, pulmonary function tests (PFTs), audiometry

• Dermascan, metabolic testing, Retinavue exams, and minor procedures

• Maintain and update accurate medical records in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• Manage front office responsibilities including scheduling, insurance verification, and billing support.

• Provide patient education regarding treatment plans and medication instructions.

• Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked with medical supplies.

What You Bring

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential (preferred, not required).

• Strong understanding of medical procedures and terminology.

• Proficiency in EHR systems and general computer applications.

• Excellent communication skills with a calm, patient-focused demeanor.
