Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician with a passion to care for the elderly/senior population, or Geriatrician to provide primary care services to SR Care clients at participating LTC facilities and serve as the individual SNF's Medical Director.

  • Expected Volume: Seeing 14 patients assigned per day, typically at 1 facility per day.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $237,500k-$247,500k. Additional financial add-ons include a quality/engagement incentive, $10k fellowship bonus (if applicable), $4k per SNF oversight (7 contracted SNF facilities shared), and production bonuses.
