Warren Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in Queensbury, NY.

Duties:

Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
\n - \n
Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
\n - \n
Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
\n - \n
Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations
\n - \n
Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
\n - \n
Manage documentation of resident care services
\n - \n
Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams
\n
Requirements:

Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
\n - \n
Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
\n - \n
Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
\n - \n
Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
\n - \n
Excellent communication skills
\n - \n
Basic computer skills
\n
\n

\nWarren Center is an eighty-bed skilled nursing facility located at 42 Gurney Lane. Our facility provides a wide spectrum of nursing care to the residents of Warren County. We provide short-term rehabilitation services to people who cannot immediately return to their homes because of an accident or illness. We also provide long-term care for individuals who are unable to care for themselves. We look at each person from an individual perspective. We then utilize a team approach working with the residents and their families to develop a unique plan of care to meet their needs. Warren Center is a proud member of the Centers Health Care consortium.
