Operations Support Associate is responsible for supporting & facilitating activities, games, crafts, and homework help for scholars that participate in MACS’ Infinity Care Program. Scholars will range in grade level of Kinder - 5th grade. The BCOSA should be creative, energetic, helpful and a leading example of the school’s High-5-Habits: kindness, compassion, determination, integrity, & wonder. The BCOSA is committed to representing the school in a professional and friendly manner at all times. In addition, it is essential that the person for this role is organized, able to multi-task, work flexibly and have a ‘can do’ approach to work, as no two days are the same.
