This crucial front-of-house support role ensures the smooth flow of service, warmly greets guests upon arrival, efficiently manages seating, waitlists and table reservations, maintains the cleanliness and readiness of the dining, bar, and kitchen areas, and supports both FOH and BOH teams in delivering an outstanding guest experience. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and want to be part of a celebrated craft beer brand�s next chapter./p p /p pKEY RESPONSIBILITIES/p p /p pGuest Service Team Support/p ul li pWarmly greet guests upon arrival, make them feel welcome, and guide them to their tables./p /li /ul ul li pManage the flow of the dining room, efficiently seating guests, and overseeing table reservations to optimize capacity and minimize wait times./p /li /ul ul li pPromptly clear, clean, and reset tables between guest seatings to maintain smooth service flow and minimize wait times./p /li /ul ul li pAnswer incoming phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor, assisting guests with inquiries and providing information as needed./p /li /ul ul li pAssist FOH BOH during busy service periods by running food, refilling water, and delivering condiments and utensils./p /li /ul ul li pSupport the team with table turns, guest seating, and floor flow as needed./p /li /ul ul li pMaintain a warm, approachable presence that enhances the overall guest experience./p /li /ul p /p pHospitality Maintenance/p ul li pRestock bar stations with glassware, napkins, cocktail tools, and supplies throughout the shift./p /li /ul ul li pRetrieve and polish glassware and utensils to ensure a consistent supply of clean wares for bar and dining service./p /li /ul ul li pMonitor and refill service stations with ice, silverware, plates, napkins, and other guest necessities./p /li /ul ul li pKeep the bar top, counters, and communal areas clean and organized at all times./p /li /ul ul li pChange kegs and replenish bottled/canned beverage inventory under bartender direction./p /li /ul pCleanliness Sanitation/p ul li pSweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout shift, particularly in high-traffic guest and staff areas./p /li /ul ul li pWipe down and sanitize high-touch surfaces including tables, chairs, railings, and service stations./p /li /ul ul li pEmpty and replace trash and recycling bins throughout the venue, including bar, dining room, restrooms, and kitchen as assigned./p /li /ul ul li pAssist in restroom checks and light upkeep during service hours./p /li /ul p /p pBOH Area Support/p ul li pAssist BOH team with light prep tasks such as washing produce, portioning condiments, folding pizza boxes, or organizing dry goods as requested./p /li /ul ul li pRun dish racks and help maintain clean glassware and bar tools in dishwashing area./p /li /ul ul li pOrganize clean wares and assist with restocking dish stations and prep areas as needed./p /li /ul pOpening, Closing Side Work/p ul li pComplete opening and closing side work, including setting up and breaking down dining and bar areas./p /li /ul ul li pHelp stock linens, restock napkin dispensers, refill condiments, and maintain organized supply areas./p /li /ul ul li pParticipate in pre-shift meetings and contribute to a positive and communicative team culture./p /li /ul p /p pWHAT WE�RE LOOKING FOR/p ul li pA friendly, proactive, and team-oriented attitude with a desire to support wherever needed./p /li /ul ul li pExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone./p /li /ul ul li pAbility to move quickly, multitask, and stay organized in a high-volume setting./p /li /ul ul li pWillingness to handle cleaning tasks and light manual labor (e.g., lifting kegs, moving trash bins)./p /li /ul ul li pStrong attention to detail and pride in contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming guest environment./p /li /ul ul li pFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays./p /li /ul ul li pNo prior experience required�just a great attitude and willingness to learn./p /li /ul /div divdiva href="https://apply.hrmdirect.com/resumedirect/ApplyOnline/Apply.aspx?req_id=3450147source=3450147-CJB-0"START YOUR APPLICATION/a/divdiv/div/div div/div div/div p© 2025 Harpoon Brewery/p p a href="https://www.clearcompany.com" iApplicant Tracking System Powered by/i  /a /p
