As a brand ambassador, the strongSales amp; Service Specialist/strong, will be facilitating the fastest, easiest, and most valued rental car experience to Lyft and/or Uber drivers/span/p ul lispanEnsure optimal operational efficacies to provide customers the best rental car experience/span/li lispanProvide assistance creating a rental car reservation, processing rentals and providing clean and safe vehicles to our customers./span/li lispanAssist customers with various post rental inquiries that involve the rental and billing process/span/li lispanWork in a fast-paced environment, while providing helpful customer service that enhances the customer’s rental experience./span/li lispanAnswer phone inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program, rental requirements, billing, rental car extensions, roadside assistance questions and more./span/li lispanEffectively communicate the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and Procedures./span/li lispanMaximize revenue opportunities with customers by actively soliciting business after customer inquiry by overcoming customer objections./span/li lispanEnsure vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, including checking vehicles for damage, cleaning interior (windows, door jams, trunk, vacuum, etc.) and exterior (wash) of vehicle, filling gasoline tanks and checking fill levels of all fluids./span/li /ul p style="margin-left:0in"spanstrongProfessional Experience:/strong/span/p ul lispanAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks./span/li lispanAbility to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills./span/li lispanPrevious customer service./span/li lispanStrong time management and organizational skills are required/span/li lispanComputer literate and detailed orientated./span/li lispanMust have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record/span/li /ul pWages: $17.00/hr.nbsp;/p pspanstrongKnowledge:/strong/span/p ul lispanCustomer service resolution practices/span/li lispanExcellent communication techniques/span/li lispanSales Management/Coaching ability/span/li /ul pnbsp;/p pspanstrongSkills:/strong/span/p ul lispanDemonstrate good written and oral communication skills./span/li lispanWork in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks.
