Communicate menu specials and changes; answer questions and take guest orders accurately. /span/lilispanEnsure that work stations are properly refilled at the beginning and end of every shift. /span/lilispanAdvise supervisor of any member/guest complaints so they can be immediately and professionally resolved. /span/lilispanParticipate in the continuous cleaning and up-keep of all Food and Beverage areas. /span/lilispanServe food and beverage items that meet strict standards, as outlined by the menu specifications work sheets./span/lilispanPrepare and serve soft beverages according to specifications prescribed by standard operating procedures./span/lilispanPerform all assigned side work duties. (Polishing, rolling, organization, etc.) /span/lilispanKeep all stock prepared and ready for use on each shift. /span/lilispanMaintain accountability of cash tips ensuring there be no commingling with any cash bank./span/lilispanHandle and count cash make accurate change, record credit cards from guests, as well as member charges, as prescribed by standard operating procedures. /span/lilispanComplete requisition forms for all supplies as needed. /span/lilispanUse the proper garnishes, china, glassware, and flatware for all food and beverages. /span/lilispanEnsure that the Director of Food and Beverage/ Dining Room Manager or captain is informed of members/guests who may be intoxicated.span  /spanAny member/guest who is clearly intoxicated is NOT to be served./span/lilispanOpen dining room, grill and/or pub, ensuring that the area is clean and accommodating at all times, and in accordance with established quality standards. /span/lilispanHandle any problem that might arise both courteously and professionally. /span/lilispanMaintain responsibility for par stock inventory control on a daily basis.span  /span/span/lilispanSet-up and break down dining room tables, banquet tables, chairs, display tables, and carts, theme decorations and other equipment to accommodate the operation as required by the reservation book and/or special event plan, banquet event order or diagram./span/lilispanUnderstands members and guests comments and complaints and forwards that information immediately to supervisor./span/lilispanEnsure compliance with operating guidelines as it relates to the R.A.M. or Tips programs, as well as operating within all State and Federal Laws, Rules and regulations relating to Alcohol, Cigarette and Tobacco Division./span/lilispanOperate within all guidelines, policies, standards, and constraints as established by PGA TOUR Golf Course Properties, Inc. /span/lilispanVerify the accuracy of all charges (member and otherwise) to ensure proper posting to accounts.span  /spanThis may include verifying member numbers, names and/or signatures as well as include obtaining authorization codes on any credit card charges./span/lilispanEnsure that service procedures are adhered to as outlined in the TPC Brand Standards./span/lilispanSpecial projects or other duties as assigned./span/li/ulp/pp/ppPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT/pp/ppThis job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
