The operator will also be required to ensure all safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met during production./p pstrongKey Responsibility/strongbr /• Machine Operation: Operate labeler machines to apply labels to aerosol cans, ensuring proper alignment and adhesion.br /• Machine Setup Adjustment: Set up and adjust labeler machines for different product types and label sizes.br /• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and consistency. Ensure labels are properly applied and free from defects.br /• Troubleshooting Maintenance: Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the labeler machines to ensure they are functioning properly.br /• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and ensure that the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.br /• Production Efficiency: Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to meet production goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.br /• Record Keeping: Complete necessary production logs, machine reports, and maintenance records.br /• Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including other operators, quality control, and supervisors, to ensure smooth production runs.br /• Continuous Improvement: Suggest and participate in process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime./p pstrongQualifications/strongbr /• Proficient in reading and writing in English.br /• Ability to read and interpret machine manuals, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Basic knowledge of machine mechanics and troubleshooting.br /• Strong focus on quality control and the ability to identify issues in both the machinery and the final product.br /• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.br /• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and maintenance staff.br /• Willingness to work on different shifts, including weekends, overtime, and rotating schedules as required./p pstrongemCompensation:/em/strong/p pOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is $20.00/hour.  Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
